Information About Chameleons
The word Chameleon in Ancient Greek (Khamaileon) means "Ground (khamai) Lion (-leon)". Chameleons are specially adapted and are located in various parts of Africa, Madagascar, Spain, Portugal, South Asia and have been introduced to Hawaii and California.
